There was Roy, his family, the family who once owned the farm, a neighbourly introduction, a few film connections, and people willing to say, “I can help with that.”
No matching uniforms. No fancy titles.
Just people bringing what they know, who they know, and what they can do to a place worth preserving.
Roy
Roy owns Kent Farm and is leading its restoration.
He is working to protect the property’s history and character while building a sustainable future for the land, buildings, and generations still to come.
Roy’s Grandson
Roy’s grandson posted the original TikTok about his grandfather owning the Smallville house.
The video reached approximately seven million people and revealed how deeply connected people still felt to the farm.
After the original video went viral, he created a separate TikTok account focused on his perspective as the grandson of the farm’s owner.
A small circle, growing with the work.
Each person is here for a different reason. What they share is a willingness to bring something useful to the farm.
Chantelle
Roy first shared his ideas with a neighbour—Chantelle’s boyfriend’s uncle, on whose property she lives.
The neighbour told Roy, “Talk to Chantelle.”
From there, Chantelle began helping turn Roy’s ideas into a larger vision—shaping the story, brand, website, content, partnerships, creative direction, and systems behind the project.
Sometimes the right introduction changes everything.
Giacomo
Giacomo is helping document the farm through drone footage and visual storytelling.
His work captures the farmhouse, barns, fields, fences, landscape, and restoration as they are today—creating a visual record of the property before its next chapter unfolds.
The farm’s history is still being worked into the land.
Kamren Anderlini
The property was the Anderlini Farm when Smallville was filmed here.
Kamren is the grandson of the Anderlini family and continues that relationship with the land by mowing and maintaining the farm’s hayfields. The hay is still used by the Anderlini family.
His involvement connects the property’s history with the work continuing on it today.

Maria
Maria works alongside Kamren to mow and maintain the farm’s hayfields.
Her contribution is part of the practical, ongoing work that keeps the property operating while its restoration and story continue to take shape.

Kent Farm is a privately owned heritage property in Aldergrove, British Columbia. Formerly known as the Anderlini Farm, its yellow farmhouse, red barn, fields, and outbuildings have appeared in television, films, and commercials for more than two decades.
Today, the property is entering a thoughtful new chapter. The buildings and landscape are being renewed with respect for their history, while this website records the farm’s screen legacy and the restoration work still ahead.
